By signing below, you authorize BCE Registered Agent, LLC to bill your debit card or bank account provided once per year on the anniversary of the date of signature below. BCE Registered Agent, LLC will notify you if your method of payment is expired or declined. Failure to update expired or declined payment information within thirty (30) days of being notified of such expiration or declination will result BCE Registered Agent, LLC filing a change of registered agent with the Texas Secretary of State changing the registered agent to the point of contact at the physical address provided above at no additional cost.

You can cancel your service at any time upon written notice to BCE Registered Agent, LLC, but all payments made prior to your cancellation are nonrefundable. There is no cancellation fee. If you cancel but wish to have BCE Registered Agent, LLC file the change of registered agent, BCE Registered Agent, LLC will do so for a one-time charge of two times the filing fee mandated by the Texas Secretary of State.

BCE Registered Agent, LLC may cancel your service at any time upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to your business. If BCE Registered Agent, LLC cancels your service, your last payment will be prorated by dividing it by 365 and refunding the amount calculated by multiplying the daily proration by the number of days remaining, exclusively, between the date of cancellation and the date of your next scheduled payment. Additionally, BCE Registered Agent, LLC will file the necessary change of registered agent form at no additional charge.

You hereby agree to provide BCE Registered Agent, LLC prompt written notification if your business address is changed or if the Point of Contact indicated above needs to be amended to reflect current owner or management personnel. Failure to provide written notice of these changes could result in cancellation of service

The fee for BCE Registered Agent, LLC’s service is one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year as of July 1, 2023. This fee may change from time to time. Notice of any change in fee shall be provided by BCE Registered Agent, LLC to the Point of Contact indicated above. If you wish to cancel your service due to an increase in the fee, you may, pursuant to the terms and conditions of cancellation by you as dictated herein. Under no circumstances shall the fee increase by more than twenty percent (20%) per year.
